Emilie Bouchard is a clinical operations executive leader with over 20 years of experience in developing innovative therapies for a broad range of diseases. She brings extensive clinical operations acumen and agile leadership with an excellent track record of team performance. Prior to joining Qu, she was a senior leader in clinical operations at Roche where she led the local, regional, and global development of multiple therapies in a broad range of therapeutic areas like immunology, infectious diseases, oncology, and neuroscience. She worked in different geographies across the globe and formed strategic partnerships in Asia-Pacific, USA, and Canada. As a certified agile coach, she played a central role in leadership transformation and is dedicated to advancing innovation and new ways of working.

Emilie completed her BSc from the University of Quebec in Montreal with an emphasis on molecular biology and biotechnology. She also completed a post-graduate degree from École des Hautes Études Commerciales (University of Montreal) in business management.
