His first start-up focused on engineered cladding – the first innovative wood siding product in the industry. After divesting off the engineered wood products business, Mr. Coulson joined his family’s aerial firefighting business to expand operations and global footprint to become the largest and most technologically advanced firefighting operation in the world. During the same period, his passion for low environmental impact and worker health and safety led him to found a company focused on revolutionizing the industrial cleaning industry through a patented product line utilizing ice for industrial cleaning applications.

Mr. Coulson co-founded Integro Capital with the mission of revolutionizing the health and wellness industry, including investment in Qu Biologics.

Mr. Coulson’s extensive entrepreneurial and business leadership experience contributes significantly to Qu’s governance and strategy. Mr. Coulson serves on Qu’s Finance and Audit Committee.
