Pipeline

Qu Biologics has developed a platform of Site Specific Immunomodulators (SSIs) with the goal of stimulating recruitment of activated macrophages to a targeted diseased organ or tissue to restore normal immune function. Read How SSIs Work.

SSI Pipeline_withlines

Each SSI is derived from components of a single inactivated bacterial species that is a common cause of infection in the targeted organ or tissue. Administered by simple subcutaneous injection, SSIs are designed to restore normal immune function in the targeted organ and reverse the chronic inflammation underlying cancer and immune-related diseases, such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
